We use American made conveyors that are completely integrated into the machine.

A PLC timer controls the duration of the conveyor.

All the bins are stainless steel to prevent rust or contamination of the ring.

A drain directs coolant back into the machine to keep the area spotlessly clean.

Our ring catcher locates the ring on the inner diameter and places the ring on a polished stainless part chute. The ring is then moved using a conveyor to the outside of the machine.

Making rings is a process made up of many functions.

One area of concern is keeping damage to the ring at a minimum after the machining process.

Our ring catchers retrieve the ring from the tube and careful deposit the ring into a polished stainless chute, using coolant to cushion the movement onto a soft belt conveyor. This then transports the ring outside the machine to a pan that holds soapy water to clean the ring and prevent damage when dropping off the conveyor.

Handling the part after it is machined is as important as the ring itself.

Our part catching systems are designed to keep the ring free of blemishes and marks. Moving the ring to a tray outside the machining area so that production is not impeded.
