This 5C adaptor allows the use of 12mm expanding mandrels to hold our inside holding collets.

The travel on the expander is limited so that over extension of the mandrel is limited.

This expanding mandrel can be used on any 5C equipped machine.    $145.00

5C collets are available in 0.1mm increments, pricing varies depending on the size.

Collets that are whole mm sizes 14mm, 18.5mm, 20.5mm etc are $42.00 each

0.1 increment collets, 15.1mm, 18.3mm, 22.7mm etc are $65.00 each

5C collets can be used in our 27mm & 42mm machines.

​​​Posalux style 12mm Arbors

This 12mm expanding arbor is a direct replacement for Posalux style machines.

Made from 17-4PH steel.

These arbors have the toughness to allow for constant use without loosing spring back or dimension.

THe taper seat allows precise location and concentricity of the arbor. 

This arbor is mated to our expanding mandrel can be used on any 5C equipped machine.
